Ingredients: 1/2 cup unsalted butter 8 oz white chocolate chips or bar, coarsely chopped 2 eggs Pinch of salt 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup flour 1 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate chips Instructions: Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease an 8" square pan. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Remove pan from heat and add 4 oz of the white chocolate, reserving the rest for later. DO NOT STIR. In food processor, beat eggs and salt until frothy. Gradually add sugar and beat until pale yellow. Add white chocolate mixture, vanilla, salt and flour, mixing until just combined. Stir in semisweet chocolate chips and remaining white chocolate. Spoon mixture into prepared pan, smoothing top with spatula. Bake for about 30 minutes (check at 25 minutes). Insert knife near center and see if comes out clean. Cool before cutting. |
