Ingredients: Powdered sugar 1 pkg Social Tea Cookies 4 tbsp cocoa 1 beaten egg 1 demitasse cup liqueur (amaretto, frangelico or any other favorite) 3/4 cup sugar Instructions: Generously line 3 sheets of foil with powdered sugar. In a bowl, break cookies into small pieces. Add cocoa, egg, liqueur and sugar. Work together with hands and form into 3 logs. Roll in confectioners sugar. Wrap in foil and freeze overnight. When ready to serve, cut frozen dough into small pieces and serve. So dainty and so delicious! |
