Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 6 servings 

Ingredients:
1 loaf French bread
4 eggs
1 ¼ cups milk
1 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp honey, divided
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions:
Slice bread diagonally into 12 slices. Grease 9x13 inch pan. In a small bowl, beat eggs, milk, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons honey, till smooth. Dip bread slices in egg mixture & place in pan forming 3 rows overlapping slightly. Pour any remaining egg mixture over the top. Cover & refrigerate overnight. In the morning, sprinkle with brown sugar, drizzle with 2 tablespoons honey & melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Serve with warm maple syrup.
