Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients: 1 loaf French Bread 4 eggs 1 1/4 cups milk 1 tsp. cinnamon 4 T. honey, divided 3 T. brown sugar 2 T. butter, melted Instructions: Slice bread diagonally into 12 - 15 slices. Grease 9x13 pan. In a small bowl, beat eggs, milk, cinnamon and 2 T. honey, till smooth. Dip bread slices in egg mixture & place in pan forming 3 rows overlapping slightly. Pour any remaining egg mixture over the top. Cover & refrigerate overnight. In the morning, sprinkle with brown sugar, drizzle with 2 T. honey & melted butter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with warm maple syrup. |
