 Breakfast Casserole Recipe

Yield: 9 servings 

Ingredients:
6 slices of bread-trimmed & buttered
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1 lb cooked country sausage
1 1/2 cup Jack cheese, shredded
1 small can diced chilies
10 eggs
2 1/2 cups half and half
oregano
paprika
dry mustard
garlic
salt
pepper

Instructions:
Place bread in greased baking dish. Sprinkle cheddar cheese, sausage, Jack cheese, chilies. Pour egg, milk and seasoning mixture over layers. Allow to set overnight.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Let set for 10 minutes.
