Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 stick oleo
1/2 cup Wesson oil
1/4 cup cocoa
1 cup water
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking soda (dissolved in buttermilk)

Frosting:
1 stick oleo
1/4 cup cocoa
6 tablespoons milk
1 package powdered sugar
vanilla
1 small package nuts

Instructions:

Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt together in a mixing bowl. Set aside. Mix oleo oil, cocoa, and water in pan, then bring to a boil. When this mixture comes to a boil, pour over flour and sugar mixture. Then to all add: eggs, vanilla, buttermilk, and baking soda. Mix well.

Pour in 12 x 18 inch cookie sheet with sides on it. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.

Frosting: 5 minutes before cake is ready to come out of the oven, mix oleo, cocoa, and milk. Bring to a boil. Pour over 1 package powdered sugar, vanilla and a small package of nuts. Put on cake as soon as it comes out of the oven.
