Ingredients: 3 Tbsp tapioca 1 c. water 1/2 c. sugar 1 6 oz can frozen orange juice, undiluted 1 c. water 1 box frozen raspberries 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1 can mandarin oranges Instructions: Mix first three ingredients and let set for 10 minutes. Then cook until it thickens and the tapiocs becomes clear. Mix remaining ingredients into cooked mixture. Add additional fruit as desired : bananas, kiwi, peaches, etc. Serve in sherbet dishes on doiled plate. Garnish with fresh reaspberry and mint leaves. |
