Yield: 1 dozen

Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 heaping tablespoons baking powder
2/3 cup cream
1 1/3 cups milk
(or substitute 1/2 cup melted butter mixed with 1 1/2 cups milk for the milk and cream above)

Instructions:
Stir dry ingredients together. Lightly mix in milk and cream or milk/melted butter to moisten. Gather into a ball and turn onto a lightly floured surface.

Flatten and fold 4-5 times, then press to 3/4" thick. Cut out and place on a baking sheet or pizza pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

Reheat by covering and heating in a microwave for 30 seconds. These biscuits also freeze very well.
