Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with vegetable oil. Bake at 400 degrees for 14 minutes until golden brown. (I divide the dough into 2 rounds and make 16 wedges). ***"Northwest Mornings" a recipe collection put out by the Washington State Bed and Breakfast Guild is on sale at my Inn for $24.95. Another scone recipe we feature at the Inn at Barnum Point is for Oatmeal Scones. Yummy! You'll find favorite innkeeper recipes and "Best Kept Secrets" about their areas in the book. |
