Ingredients: 2 pounds grated cheese (1 lb cheddar & 1 lb jack) 2 small or 1 large can diced green chiles 4 eggs 4 tablespoons flour 1 can evaporated milk Salsa Instructions: Layer bottom of a 9 X 11" casserole dish with half of the cheese mixture, sprinkle green chiles over the cheese and top with the remaining cheese. Blend eggs, flour and evaporated milk and pour over cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Spoon salsa over the casserole and bake an additional 15 minutes. |
