Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 4 servings 

Ingredients:
1 9" unbaked pie shell
4 thin slices sauteed onion (tender)
8 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
1/4 cup cubed ham
8 slices Swiss cheese
3 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup half and half
Nutmeg

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 F, and pre-bake empty pie crust 10-12 minutes. Remove crust and reduce temp. to 350. Sprinkle onion, bacon, ham & cheese on bottom of shell. Beat eggs and dry mustard together. Heat half & half (do not boil) then add to eggs a little at a time, tempering so as not to cook the eggs. Pour mixture over meat and cheese in pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
