Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 8 servings 

Ingredients:
12 ounces cubed ham, browned
10-12 slices bread, cubed and spread in greased 9" x 13" pan
3/4 pound grated cheddar cheese
6 eggs
3 cups milk
Diced Onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mushroom stems

Instructions:
Sprinkle ham over bread cubes. Spread cheese over meat. Combine the eggs, 2 1/2 cups milk and onion. Pour over ingredients in pan, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Next morning combine 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk. Pour over pan and sprinkle 1 cup mushroom stems over the top. Bake 1 hour at 350° F. May be frozen and reheated.
