Ingredients: 1/2 cup Martha's Hot Mustard 1/2 cup orange marmalade* 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger Instructions: Combine ingredients. Brush mixture on ham frequently during the last hour of baking. Makes one cup (enough for a 10-15 pound ham). *May substitute 1/2 cup brown sugar for the marmalade. |
