Ingredients: 3/4 cup fresh raspberries 1 Tbsp. orange juice 1 Tbsp. sugar 2 medium pears, peeled, cored and halved Instructions: In dish stir together raspberries, orange juice and sugar. Place pear halves, cut side down, in microwavable dish. Cover and cook on 100% power for 6-8 minutes or until pears are tender. Transfer pears to dessert dishes. Sieve berries to remove seeds and spoon sauce over pears. |
