Ingredients: 6 peeled and grated potatoes 1 grated zucchini 1 grated onion 1 grated summer squash or carrot Instructions: Mix together with 1 egg, 1 tbsp flour, salt, pepper, 1/2 c. parmesan cheese. Saute in pan until brown on both sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
