Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons soaked chia seeds
3 cups amaranth
1/4 cup chopped prunes
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup seseme tahini
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Dash of cinamon
Possibly oat milk

Instructions:
Soak chia seeds overnight. Cook amaranth in rice cooker--6 cups of water with 3 cups of amaranth. Stir occassionally. Add other ingredients. May wish to add oat milk.

* This is extremely wholesome and tasty. Good for unclogging travelers.
