Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 8 servings 

Ingredients:
6 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
1 (4 oz.) can chopped mild green chiles
Small package pork sausage, browned and crumbled
1 cup baking mix
6 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
5 eggs, beaten
2 cups whole milk

Instructions:
Layer Mozzarella cheese, green Chiles and crumbled sausage in a buttered 7X11 inch baking dish. Sprinkle baking mix evenly over layers, then Cheddar cheese. Combine the beaten eggs and milk and pour over the layers, covering the cheese completely. Refrigerate over night.

Remove from fridge 30 minutes prior to baking. Bake at 350 degrees F 40 to 45 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
