I just want you to know that I feel this is the greatest list of breakfast food recipes that I have ever come across. Believe me, I surf the web many hours a day and I am lucky to have found this web site. Keep up the good work.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup lowfat margarine
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup brown sugar
1 Loaf French bread, cut into 9 pieces
1 1/2 cups liquid egg substitute
2 1/2 cups nonfat milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon ground allspice
1 tablespoon vanilla

Instructions:
Before preparing mixture, melt butter & corn syrup together in a small sauce pan. Then stir in brown sugar and bring to a rolling boil. Let boil for 1 to 2 minutes. While the caramel is hot, pour into your PAM sprayed 9 1/2 inch X 13 inch baking pan and chill in refrigerator for 10 to 20 minutes or until set. Next, slice French bread & arrange gently on top of caramel. Mix all remaining ingredients & pour carefully over bread. Cover & refrigerate overnight. The next morning preheat oven at 350 degrees F. Bake until set (appx.1 hour) When serving, flip pieces over onto the plate so the melted caramel sauce drips down all over the french toast. And since it already has its own syrup, you could top with fresh fruit and a dollop of low fat yogurt.
