Ingredients: 2 cups buttermilk pancake mix 1 1/2 cups water 2 tablespoons vanilla flavoring 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1 large banana cut into very small slices Blend 2 cups mix, 1 1/2 cups cold water, 2 tablespoons vanilla flavoring, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, and slices from one large banana together in mixing bowl. Batter may be slightly lumpy. Pour batter using about 1/4 cup per pancake onto lightly greased and preheated griddle (medium high). Cook until golden brown, turing only once.
