Ingredients:
Oats
Honey
Maple syrup
Brown sugar
Organic Dried fruits
Chopped Nuts

Instructions:
Dry roast long cooking oats for 1 hour at 250 degrees. Add honey, maple syrup, brown sugar for last 5 minutes to taste. Add organic dried fruits such as raisins, cranberries, blueberries, papaya. Add chopped salt-free nuts/seeds, such as sunflower seeds, pecans and walnuts.
