Ingredients: 1 bunch seedless green grapes 1 bunch seedless purple grapes 1 bunch seedless black grapes 1 bunch fresh mint, chopped 1/2 cup honey 1/4 cup lime juice (or lemon juice) Instructions: Thoroughly wash all grapes, remove from stems and place in bowl. Combine chopped mint, honey and lime juice. Adjust honey/juice mixture to desired sweetness. Pour over grapes and gently combine. Refrigerate at least overnight. Gently stir before serving with mint sprig garnish. |
