Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 8 servings 

Ingredients:
6 eggs
3/4 cup flour
3 tbsp butter, melted
1 1/2 cups milk
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large cookie sheet with sides with foil. Grease foil well. In medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour and milk thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture into foil-lined pan. Sprinkle with filling ingredients.

Bake for about 18 minutes, till omelet putts and eggs are set. Remove form oven, sprinkle with cheese. Using spatula and foil as an aid, roll omelet and transfer to large platter. Sprinkle with additional cheese.
