Ingredients: 1/2 Cup Scallions 1/4 Cup Chopped Flat Leaf Parsley 3 Ripe Tomatoes Diced 1/4 Cup Lemmon Juice 1 Diced Green Pepper 1 Tbl White Vinegar 1 Tbl Minced Garlic 1/2 Tbl Olive Oil 3/4 tsp Tobasco Sauce Salt and Pepper Instructions: Combine all ingredients and refrigerate over night. We first introduced this recipe to our guests as a way to add a little zest to a cheese omelete, but we have had so many requests for it has become a standard item on our table almost every morning since then. |
