Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 8 servings 

Ingredients:
1 day-old tomato focaccia cut into small cubes
1 tbsp fresh basil
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 cup spinach
1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
6 eggs
3 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp. Ground oregano

Instructions:
Bake at 325 degrees F for 55-60 minutes.

Layer bread cubes, basil, spinach and cheese into a 12x8x2 inch pan. Combine eggs, milk, oregano and garlic; stir well. Pour over bread cube mixture - top with more parmesan. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
