Ingredients: 6 eggs 1/2 cup sour cream 1 1/2 cups grated cheese (we like a combination of sharp cheddar/swiss/feta) 1/8 cup snipped chives 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, soak in hot water then cool Steamed asparagus, 6-7 minutes then cool Instructions: Beat eggs and sour cream. Blend in cheese. Add chives, sundried tomatoes, asparagus. Pour into baking dish (8"). Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes. Serve immediately - enjoy! |
