Yield: 4 servings 

Ingredients:
Ingredients for pancake batter:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 Tablespoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil

Ingredients for filling:
Apples
Cinnamon/sugar to taste
Raisins
French Vanilla Yogurt

Instructions:
Mix all the pancake ingredients together. Heat and grease frying pan with butter. Pour 1/4 of batter into pan. Turn pancake when it gets bubbly. Fill middle of flat pancake with (microwaved) sliced apples mixed with cinnamon sugar and raisins. Spoon yogurt on top. Fold sides of pancake so they overlap. Place a few more apple slices on top of pancake to hold it together. Decorate with raisins. Sprinkle icing sugar on top. Serve with maple syrup.
