Ingredients: Salsa Grated cheese (your preference) 1 egg per souffle 1/3 cup milk per souffle 1 souffle dish Instructions: Pam souffle dish. Cover bottom of dish with salsa. Put one kitchen spoon of grated cheese into dish. (Dish should be about 3/4 full now) Beat egg and milk. Pour evenly into dishes. Bake for 1 hour at 350. Take out of oven and serve immediately. Add bacon or chives if desired before cooking. |
