Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
17 ounce can apricots
17 ounce can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup sugar
2 16-ounce packages frozen strawberries in syrup
6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 ripe bananas, diced

Instructions:
Drain apricots and pineapple, reserving liquid to make 2 cups. Add sugar to liquid and microwave until sugar is dissolved. Add stawberries with syrup, orange juice, lemon juice and crushed pineapple. Cut up apricots and add bananas and other fresh fruit. Put mixture into freezer container and freeze. Remove 20 minutes before serving; spoon into sherbert dish. Each serving is 1/3 cup. Garnish with mint leaves.


Optional Fruits: Fresh nectarines; bing cherries, halved and pitted; red or green grapes cut in half.
