Ingredients: 2 Turkey legs/8-10 chicken legs (wings)/6 chicken thighs 1 cup chopped celery (include some leaves) 1 cup chopped onion 4 Bay leaves 3 Chicken Bouillon cubes Salt Pepper Instructions: * Cover with water and simmer for 3 hours (add water if needed). * Separate meat and discard skin. Do not use white meat (chicken). It overcooks and is dry. * Add pasta and continue cooking for 8 minutes. * Add salt to desired level of seasoning. * Serve with grated Azzigo Cheese. |
