Ingredients:
2 cups white flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons margarine
1/2 cup thick plain yogurt
4 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions:
Guests staying with us love this recipe. They are quick to make - 30 minutes from start to finish - and they taste great.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly butter a baking sheet. In a mixing bowl combine the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Work in the margarine with your fingers until the mixture resembles a coarse mixture. In a separate bowl, whisk the yogurt, eggs and vanilla. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry and stir until well moistened. Flour your hands and work the mixture on baking sheet into an 8 inch round. Score into wedges. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until top is golden. Remove to a wire rack to cool for a few minutes. Serve warm.
