Ingredients:
Eggs
Half & Half cream
Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:
Spray muffin tins with Pam. Break your egg into muffin tin, add 1/2 teaspoon of cream on top of egg and then put shredded cheese on top. Bake in 425 degree oven for no more than 8 minutes (They can overcook real fast). Carefully lift the eggs out of muffin tin and put on toasted English muffins. I garnish the plate with tomatoes & cucumbers and serve either with sausages or bacon.

This recipe is a definite hit with our guests and so easy to make.
