Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
4 cups bran
4 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups canola oil
4 cups milk

Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients together in one bowl, the wet ingredients in another, then combine. Using one fourth mix, add raisins and fresh blueberries; fill greased muffin cups and bake at 425 degrees approximately 15 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing muffins from tin. Refrigerate remaining batter up to two weeks. We often glaze tops with a butter, powdered sugar and vanilla mix, and then name the muffins after our beautiful Cascade Mountain peaks - always great fun and a geography lesson for our out of state visitors.
