Ingredients:
Grated Parmesan
Shredded Parmesan
1 tsp Half & Half
Eggs
Paprika
Mixed cheese and herb blend (your choice)

Instructions:
Spray individual ramekins with nonstick spray. Sprinkle about a teaspoon of grated Parmesan evenly into shells. Break an egg into each shell. Add one teaspoon of Half & Half to each shell. Evenly sprinkle shredded Parmesan onto each egg, or use the herb/cheese blend. Add a dash of paprika. Bake at 300/350 F for about 15 minutes - or until yolks are firm.
