Ingredients: 4 cups milk 1 tbsp margarine 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 cups oats 2 cups chopped granny smith apples 1 cup raisins 1 cup chopped walnuts Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large pan, bring milk, margarine, salt and cinnamon to a boil. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into baking pan and bake uncovered for 35 minutes. We serve this oatmeal with "Snowballs" - small scoops of ice cream rolled in coconut. |
