Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
12 3/4-inch thick slices sourdough bread
6 eggs
2/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup Triple Sec Liqueur
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup sugar

Instructions:
Place bread slices in single layer in jelly roll pan. Mix all ingredients together and pour over bread. Flip bread over, to evenly coat with egg mixture. Cover with seran wrap and refrigerate overnight. Cook slowly in electric fry pan set at 325 degrees approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Sprinkle with hazelnuts and dust with powdered sugar. We serve this French toast with a choice of local blueberry syrup or real maple syrup, but it is great without syrup!
