 Kiwi Marmalade Recipe

Ingredients:
3 kiwis, peeled and diced in 1/2" cubes
Zest of lime
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp lime juice

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in deep 2 1/2 qt dish. Microwave uncovered on high power 5 minutes. Stir and cook 6-7 minutes longer, until thickened. Store in refrigerator. Keeps 1 week.
