Ingredients: Large mushrooms, stems removed 1/2 block cream cheese 1/4 cup parmesan cheese 1 tsp onion powder Fresh ground breakfast sausage Instructions: Soften cream cheese in microwave. Add parmesan & onion powder. Fill each mushroom cap with a spoonful of this mixture. Top this stuffed mushroom with a pat of the breakfast sausage. Bake in oven on 400 for 15 minutes or until browned. |
