Ingredients: 2 eggs 1/2 cup flour 1/2 cup skim milk dash nutmeg 2 apples, peeled, cored, and chopped dash sugar dash cinnamon 1/4 cup chopped walnuts 1 tbsp raisins 2 pats canola margarine Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix eggs, flour, milk and nutmeg together with a whisk. Chop the apples and toss with cinnamon and sugar. Then add nuts and raisins to apples. Place 1 pat of margarine in each 9 oz. ramekin and place in oven for 5 minutes. Remove hot dishes from oven and ladle 1/2 cup of batter into each. Top with a generous scoop of the apple, nut, and raisin mixture. Bake 15-20 minutes or until puffed up and golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve immediately. |
