Ingredients:
This is simple and delicious, use saved bread or use white bread about 1 loaf. In a large bowl, mix about 2 cups milk, and 6 beaten eggs, 1/4 cup of butter, together with 3/4 cup white or brown sugar and part honey to taste. I also use cinnamon and ginger to taste. If you have rasins, or nuts 1/2 cup will be tasty. A a teaspoon of vanilla, and an optional 1/2 cup of rum really spices this up!

Soak the torn up bread in the liquid mixture, till it soaks it all up. Pour into a greased loaf pan or two if necessary, filling about 3/4 full. Sprinkle a bit of sugar on top and bake at 350f for about 30 minutes. Let this cool and turn out, slice and serve warm, or cold, a dollop of sweetened cream is good, powdered sugar sprinkled on top is pretty too!

This recipe is fool proof, anyone can make this tasty bread turn out right every time!
