Ingredients: 2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup butter 3/4 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups uncooked oat flakes 1/2 cup chopped black walnuts 1/2 cup dried cranberries Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sift flour, salt, and baking soda. Set aside. Beat butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Stir in flour mixture and oats until well combined. Add walnuts and cranberries. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake 10 minutes until golden brown. Let stand one minute before removing and cooling on a wire rack. |
