Chocolate Zucchini Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
3 eggs
3/4 Cups vegetable oil
1 1/2 Cups sugar
2 tp vanilla
3 Cups zucchini, grated
1/2 Cups nuts, optional
1 tp cinnamon
1 tp salt
2 tp baking soda
1/2 tp baking powder
2 1/3 Cups flour
1/2 Cup unsweetened cocoa

Instructions:
Combine wet ingredients, then dry ingredients, and combine. Add zucchini & nuts, bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 350 for 45 min.

This bread is awesome. Make it for breakfast, and the rest of the day will seem like heaven!
