Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar 2/3 cup salad oil 1 egg 1 cup sour milk 1 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 2 1/2 cups flour 1 tsp soda 1 1/2cups rhubarb - diced fine 1/2 cup chopped walnuts Top with the following: 1/2 cup sugar 1 Tbls butter Instructions: Mix first ten ingredients in order given in large mixing bowl. Top with the 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 Tbls butter if desired. Grease two 1# tins well with cooking spray and bake in a 325 degree oven for 50 minutes. |
