Ingredients: 3 bananas 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 4 tbsp. melted butter 1 1/2 cups flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 cup chocolate chips (if desired) 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (if desired) Instructions: Mash bananas to a thin batter. Add sugar and eggs. Beat together. Add melted butter and blend. In a separate bowl stir together flour, salt and soda (if chocolate chips and walnuts are desired add to dry ingredients and toss to coat). Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until blended. Pour into greased loaf pan lined with waxed paper. Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven for 1 hour. |
