Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 10 servings 

Ingredients:
18 eggs, scrambled without milk
5 sausage links, cooked and chopped
1 cup, chopped, cooked ham
1 small onion, chopped
1 can French fried onion rings
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/8 cup sherry
1-2 cups chopped cheddar cheese
1 green pepper, chopped
3-4 slices bacon, cooked crisp & chopped

Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix together scrambled eggs, chopped sausage, chopped ham, chopped onion, chopped bacon, mushroom soup, sherry wine and cheese. Season to taste. Can be refrigerated overnight if desired.

In the morning, mix in chopped green pepper and pour into a prepared 9x13 inch baking dish.

Sprinkle on French fried onion rings and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. When baking complete, remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes and cut into serving sized pieces.
