Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup margarine, softened
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 (9 oz.) pkg Rolos
2 tbsp sugar
4 oz almond bark

Instructions:

In a small bowl combine flour, cocoa, and soda. Blend well. In large bowl beat 1 cup sugar, brown sugar and margarine until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs, beat well. Add flour mixture and blend well. Stir in 1/2 cup pecans. With floured hand shape 1 tbsp of dough around 1 rolo covering in completely.

In a small bowl combine remaining 1/2 cup pecans and 2 tbsp sugar. Press 1 side of rolled cookie into sugar-pecan mixture. Place nut side up, 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes until set and slightly cracked. Cool 2 minutes on sheet and remove.

Melt almond bark and drizzle on each cookie.
