Ingredients:
1 lb. of shrimp
1 small Shallot peeled
2 ea. Cloves Garlic peeled
? cup Red Hot Sauce
¾ cup Canola Oil
1 tsp salt
1 pinch White pepper

½ cup corn flour
½ cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1 cup Buttermilk
1 Green tomato

Instructions:
Place shallots, garlic and red-hot sauce in a blender and blend until smooth. Slowly add the oil to the mixture while it is still blending. Season to taste and refrigerate. Let shrimp marinate in this mixture for about a half hour.

Heat fryer oil to 350° F. Slice a green tomato about a ½ inch thick. Mix the two flours and Old Bay seasoning together. Place the tomato in the flour mixture to completely coat it. Next, place it in the buttermilk and back into the flour mixture. Place into the fryer and cook until golden brown.

Take out the shrimp and grill them until pink (about 2 minutes each side). Place them on top of the fried green tomato and place this over a fresh tomato sauce. Serve immediately.
