I just want you to know that I feel this is the greatest list of breakfast food recipes that I have ever come across. Believe me, I surf the web many hours a day and I am lucky to have found this web site. Keep up the good work.

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 quick cooking oats
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 teaspoon salt dash pepper
1 pound lean ground beef
2/3 cup ketchup
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard

Instructions:
In a bowl, beat egg and milk. Stir in cheese, oats, onion, salt, and pepper. Add beef and mix well. Mixture will be very moist and loosely packed. Shape into 8 small oval loaves. Place in greased 13 x 9 baking dish or pan. Combine last 3 ingredients and spoon over loaves. Bake uncovered 350’ for 45 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees. If loaves are firm to touch, probably done. For family, 1 loaf is enough but for guests, I usually serve 2 per person.
