Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Whether you're hosting a formal get-together or need a quick brunch idea, this book will spark your imagination and your appetite.

Ingredients:
½ cup butter
¼ cup sugar
2 Tbs heavy cream
1 cup coconut flakes
¼ butter
2 cups powered sugar
1 ½ oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 oz unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
½ cup chopped nuts
1 Tbs heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla


Instructions:
Melt Butter and 1 oz chocolate then add next six ingredients. Press into bottom of lightly greased pan. Chill.

Cream ¼ cup of butter, add remaining 3 ingredients and beat until smooth and creamy. Spread evenly over base in pan. Chill.

Melt last 1 ½ oz chocolate and spread quickly on top of cream layer. Chill. Cut into small Squares. No larger than 2x2" as these are very rich cookies. Makes one 9x9 pan.
