Ingredients: 1 11oz can mandarin oranges (chilled & drained) 3 large unpeeled apples, cored and cut into bite size pieces 2 large pears, cored and cut up into bite size pieces ¼ cup broken walnuts ¼ cup raisins ½ cup plain yogurt 2 Tbls orange marmalade Instructions: Whisk together ½ cup plain yogurt and 2 tbls. orange marmalade. Mix all ingredients together and serve chilled. |
