Ingredients: ½ cup regular sour cream 2 Tbls sugar 1 Tbl orange juice ½ tsp grated orange peel Instructions: Mix well, cover tightly, and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, slice a whole banana into each serving dish, stir sauce and top each banana with 1-2 Tbls. Sprinkle with granola and dried sweetened cranberries. Serve immediately. |
