Ingredients: 2 cups flour 2 egg yolks ¾ cup brown sugar, packed 1 cup butter (2 sticks), softened 1 tsp vanilla ¾ cup raspberry jam ½ cup nuts (walnuts, pecans or almonds) Instructions: In food processor, combine flour, egg yolks, brown sugar, butter and vanilla. Process until dough forms into a ball. Spread into a greased 9"x13" baking pan or jelly roll pan. Spread raspberry jam in a thin layer over dough. Sprinkle evenly with chopped nuts. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 30 minutes. Remove and cool on a rack. Cut into squares, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve. |
